Founding Partner

Advocate Sehdev Gupta

Registered Patent Agent & Trademark Attorney

Advocate Sehdev Gupta is one of the founding partners of Ortulex Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Kurukshetra University (2010–2014) and brings a rare blend of scientific and legal expertise to the firm.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Gupta gained substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, serving at managerial levels with globally recognised companies including Zydus, GlaxoSmithKline, and Allergan/Abbvie. This industry background provides him with unparalleled insight into pharmaceutical and life sciences regulations, patent landscapes, and regulatory compliance matters.

Motivated by a passion for law, he obtained his LL.B from Delhi University (2019–2022) and commenced practice in 2023. He appears primarily before the Delhi High Court and subordinate courts in Delhi-NCR. As a Registered Patent Agent and Trademark Attorney, he is qualified to advise on all aspects of intellectual property protection, registration, enforcement, and strategy.

Advocate Prateek Tyagi

Advocate Prateek Tyagi is the Managing Partner of Ortulex Law Firm. He earned his LL.B from Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies and his LL.M from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad — one of India's premier law schools and a national law university of the highest repute.

An advocate since 2018, Mr. Tyagi has accumulated extensive courtroom experience at the Delhi High Court, district courts of Delhi, and before National and State Consumer Commissions. He also practices at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

His practice areas include corporate law, insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), competition law, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Tyagi is widely recognised for his sharp analytical approach, meticulous preparation, and persuasive advocacy in complex commercial and corporate disputes.
